Crossroads is governed under the Headship of Jesus Christ by a Board of Elders. These men are responsible for the overall direction of the church and are accountable to ensure that the vision and mission of the church are being carried out according to Scripture and the church bylaws. The daily affairs of the church are conducted by our Pastors and ministry staff.

Elders are nominated and elected by a majority vote of sitting Elders, according to 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1, for 3 consecutive, renewable 2-year terms. At the conclusion of the 6-year term, a minimum 1-year sabbatical is required before returning as an active Elder.

Our current Elders are: Fred Young (lead Elder), Mike Fitzpatrick, Larry Deguisne, Jeff Ferchen, Roger Lommatzsch, Jason Arrigo, Mark Bramstedt, Scott Hansen, Tim Zarembski, Daren Snow and Matt Stovall.
